If you are a counselor or other school personnel, please click on the “Refer a Student” tab above to be taken to our online referral form. The form is easy to fill out, takes less than 5 minutes per student, and is submitted directly to us.
If you are a student, please talk to your teacher/counselor and ask them to refer you to the program.
Parents – speak to your child’s counselor/teacher and ask for a referral.
